The package send folded. There may be some slight wrinkles when you get it,but it is easy to remove wrinkle:
(1)Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days,it will be ok.
(2)Heat it with a iron on the back of item,then it will be smooth again. Please do not ironing in the front of the background or let the background touch the water, because that will ruin the background.
If the order is more,we also ship rolled.

A:  (1)If you haven’t placed the order, please send us your custom information that include picture, size, color and words. Our designers will design it for you.

(2)If you have placed the order, and want to customize backdrop, please send your customized information to us after ordered.  If we have not received your customize email 12 hours later, we will ship the product  you ordered.

2.Q: How can i cancel the order?

A: Please email us and we can help you cancel the your order within 12 hours. The Order over 12 hours have been produced or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

3.Q:How can i send the files to you?

4.Q: When package ship out? How long it can delivery?

A:The package normally ship out within 2-3 days. And the standerd shippeing service normally need 15-40 days to delivery. If you are need it urgenttly, please choose express shipping service.

5.Q: Will there be tariffs?

A:We will try our best to reduce customs declaration price for you. According to the platform rules, you need to bear it by yourself if the tariff is generated.
